CAN I USE AN AFFILIATE LINK AND REFER A FRIEND CODE AT THE SAME TIME?
Affiliate link and refer a friend code cannot be used concurrently. If a player signs up using your affiliate link and at the same time fills in a refer a friend code, his registration will be considered under Refer A Friend Program and not under your affiliate account.
WHY MY PLAYERS REGISTER WITH MY AFFILIATE LINK BUT DO NOT TAG UNDER MY AFFILIATE ACCOUNT?
This scenario happens if the player has clicked other affiliate links, keyed in refer a friend code during registration, or deleted his browser cookies. In this case, the player who registers will not be tagged under your affiliate account.
IF A PLAYER ACCOUNT FAILS TO REGISTER UNDER MY AFFILIATE ACCOUNT, CAN I REQUEST TO CHANGE IT?
